Hotel I can recommend in Rome

Not on a cruise at moment but having a short break in Rome. We are staying at the Hotel Indigo on Via Guilia and it is lovely, quirky but lovely! It has the perfect location for walking everywhere, the street is from the 1500's so steeped in history, lots of churches and cobblestones. There is an awesome roof top terrace with bar and restaurant and fabulous views . It's part of the IHG chain so if you have any points (as we did) it's a good place to use them!

We had a room in BEST WESTERN PREMIER Hotel Royal Santina which is located next to the railway station.

 

* Good location and nice standard rooms - not a luxury five star hotel but good for most of the travelers.
