I am booked for the May 2017 Homelands Cruise from Stockholm to Bergen. We have paid for Viking Air from San Francisco. From those who have done this cruise before, what airlines were used? How many stop overs? How convenient were the times? Thanks!

What happened for someone else in the past has absolutely zero bearing on what you might get in the future. Completely depends on the contracts currently in effect, not what was.

Celiac Cruiser, I suggest checking out the Viking Ocean forum for discussion on many topics you may find interesting, with regard to your upcoming cruise.

For examples, you can go to Google Flight and see SAS, KLM, Swiss, etc. with one stop itineraries. If Viking Air allows you to customize your flights, you'll have an opportunity to request what works for you.
