Royal suit class awaits

Ok we leave on the oasis a week from today, I received an email from rccl stating our royal suit class awaits. It has our reservation number on it, our status etc. we did not get upgraded when I checked the reservation. Wondering what's up.

 

We often sail in suites but we did not book one for this cruise, although our last three cruises has been in a crown loft and will be in one again in December.

 

Has anyone else received this email? What is the intention of it? Does it serve a purpose?

Yes that was me there was no answer about it so it is still unanswered.

We received one today as well but we were expecting it since we are booked in Crown Loft. Maybe it's good news for you! We are on same sailing!
