Not every agency is a good match to everyone.  There are lots of franchises that are good but with new agents they aren’t always as knowledgeable.  Look for discount agencies if that’s your priority, or all service agencies, or even top producers in a couple of agencies!  It never hurts to interview a few, especially if they are physically near you.

your problem may be age of the ship as refurbish doesn’t change a lot of things.  Or size.  Interior areas are often lower light than you might prefer, too.
