We are on the Riviera on Nov. 2nd. 4 of us were able to book together in all 4 specialty dining rooms with CC class cabins. We have another couple who made their reservations on Sunday. They were not able to join in our reservations. TA and Oceania told us to wait until boarding the ship. I am afraid it will be hard to do at that time. Is there a way to add them to our res. now ? Computer will not let you book for 6. It would be very disappointing to not be able to all dine together.

If one of you is in a suite, you can get your butler to do it - but that means waiting until you board. (Okay, forget that -- I looked again and see that you are in concierge cabins. Is the new couple also CC?)

I have succeeded in calling Oceania to do such things even though we have a TA and supposedly only the TA can do this. If you DO have a TA, you might ask him or her to look into this. You will need everyone's booking number. (If just adding one couple, maybe only their booking number.)

There aren't many tables for 6-8 people which is a big part of the problem. Getting a table for 4 isn't nearly as difficult.

Good luck,

Mura

Call Oceania have the booking number of the last couple ready & ask to be at the same table

Did they get reservations on the same night & same time as you?

if so you might want to have their reservation number handy just in case

They were not able to get same dates and times. It was TA and Oceania that told him to wait until on board. He is in reg. balcony room.

I would call back you may get a different rep

but have his booking number ready
