Cruise next certificates

I just returned from a NCL Escape cruise and purchased some cruise next certificates. Told I would receive an email regarding them and checked all my email right after the cruise and received nothing from NCL. I would assume I should get numbers or something to refer NCL to when I book a cruise. Does anyone know what they send for a confirmation of the purchase?

The email will take several days. It will have certificate numbers listed.

 

They will also be added to your MyNCL account in a few days and you can always see the certificates you have available there.

We buy the cruise next each time & they give us a print-out. We can also access it online on our website account. Login & you should be able to see it.

Our last couple of cruises, we didn't receive the letter on board. Which is fine, because it's a waste of paper and a waste of time for them to print and deliver it.

I was on the Escape Sept 3 to Sept 10 purchased two cruise next certificates and got the confirm email about 5 days after I got home. It also shows them in my NCL account.
