Website Problem in obtaining Your World Collection savings?

Is anyone else having problems obtaining the discounted rates for excursions when booking enough of them to qualify for the "Your World Collection" discount? I have the required number of excursions in the cart which should trigger the discount, yet it isn't being applied. Anyone else having this problem?

I called Oceania and they confirmed there is a "glitch" in the system. They handled my requests over the phone.

I believe this was discussed recently (do not recall in which thread).

Apparently you have to call Oceania to have this discount applied.
