Breakaway or Gem bus drop off

We have 30+ people going on the Gem in March out of NYC. We are chartering a bus from a local school district. We normally get dropped off on the second level when we are driven in by car. My question is, can a bus drop off and pick up on level 2? Or is there some place that buses need to drop off? I am coordinating all of this and want to let the bus company know the details. I have seen small buses on level 2 before just no a big one.

I recall seeing a separate ramp for buses etc. however calling the cruise port is your best bet as ncl will more than likely not know the answer

They have bus parking on ground level and every large group I've seen has been there but yes call the port.

I agree. I think there is a police officer / port authority that allows entry to ground level bus area.
