Is there still a formal night on 5 day cruise?

Recommended Posts

Hi! We are going on Indy January 5. I've told my fiancé about the formal nights and he loves dressing up (his wardrobe is bigger than mine lol) but now I'm wondering if RCI is getting rid of formal nights? I just read about Celebrity doing so and now I'm wondering. Granted he is used to being overdressed anyway lol but I don't want to wear a floor length formal dress if others are in shorts, you know?:p

There is one formal night on the 5 night cruise.

You'll see a variety of dress for the ladies - some long, some cocktail, pants with glitzy tops. It's a mix like anywhere else these days. And for men, most coat and tie and some in tux.

My advice? Do you! It's your vacation. You won't feel out of place if you're comfortable with what you're wearing. And it's a GREAT night for a photo! ;)
