New Menus for RCI

I heard a rumor there are brand new menus starting on the RCI starting late 2016. Does anyone know about this. I am about to do a 5 day cruise in January and my mom is diabetic and I have been trying to get ahold of the menus. Last time we cruise in 2015 the menus were Mojo Saffron Pomo and Pimento but I have seen recent post of updated menus. We are also trying to plan to go to Chops and it would be nice to know which nights they server which menus so we dont miss out on something we really want to try. Any help would be great.

I thought someone mentioned Harmony as well - if not now, then very likely after the TA.

I keep forgetting Empress. I keep thinking they are going to break it off into it's own subsidiary down the road.
