Have you not used part of around trip ticket?

Have any of you every not used the return part of a round trip ticket. Did the airline fine you, take away miles or do anything?

Lots of people don't make their return flight. As long as you don't TELL them you aren't using your return they can't do anything about it. Airlines are funny about their rules and restrictions - I believe you should be able to do whatever you want with the ticket that you purchased - use it or not.

Yes, and no.

 

The best advice has already been given. Don't do it often, and don't telegraph it. Just "vanish". As far as the airline is concerned on that evidence, you simply missed your flight.
