Diamond/Diamond Plus Breakfast

Currently on Enchantment and for breakfast in main dinning room one side says "Diamond and Above Only"

 

We sat in this section as new diamonds but I didn't see any difference between this entrance and "regular cruiser" entrance. What is the difference?

 

I thought maybe speciality coffee but I was told no, they said no speciality coffee in MDR for breakfast on ships with diamond lounge

Waiter said Majesty and Empress only. I am thinking it's just a nice private area and that's it.

Unless they changed it, you can get specialty coffee on the Grandeur at the Diamond seating for breakfast.

Is there a special area too on Oasis or a separate room? I know some ships have used Giovanni's. :)

We are currently on Mariner of the Seas. There is no longer any special breakfast area for anyone other than Gold Cards. We used to be able to eat breakfast in Chops on in the small dining room on Deck 3 but no longer. There is still the continental breakfast in the Concierge and Diamond Lounge but no special venue for a full breakfast.
