Patrick Olin I believe

:)When I was there for the 2-9 October cruise it was Patrick Olin. He acts as if he is not particularly "interested" in what is going on; however ship is very well run and so apparently he both sees what is going on, takes corrective action, and is liked by his many employees.

We were on the Serenade of the Seas for 24 days and I have to agree that it is very well run and the crew seemed to be happy. Looking forward to sailing with Patrick and his crew again in just a few days.

On Serenade right now and all seems good. Staff seem happy... maybe because they are finished with the cold weather??? Haha...
