Any good or bad experiences with Carmel Limo in New York?

 

Looking for transportation to and from Manhattan Hotel and LGA airport. Their prices online for a sedan seem to be less a Taxi.

 

Family of 4, with 4 pieces of luggage, taking a cruise in March of 2017.

We have used them in them past and will be using them again in January. They were on time and got us from point A to point B with no issues.

Used them last month. Clean-ish vehicle (they are owner operated I believe) but the driver didn't check waze or other nav so we were stuck in one of those tunnels into manhattan for two hours. (We weren't rushing to meet a ship, so it was merely an annoyance.)

 

But communication was good, driver was only a few minutes late to JFK, and it's not like the multi-hour delay was good for him either.

 

We did, admittedly, take UberX back, and ended up in a much cleaner car.

I used them from LGA to downtown Manhattan hotel with no issues.

I live in Manhattan, have used Carmel for years. They are reputable and fine.
