marco Posted November 5, 2016 #2 Share Posted November 5, 2016 Don't know if it's my computer, server or what, but I've tried a few times to access and I keep getting the message "site can't be reached".

marco Posted November 7, 2016 #4 Share Posted November 7, 2016 I got it. Disappointed there are not more HAL sailings from Boston. For us, Boston, NY or NJ are pretty much equal as far as a departure port so that's not an issue, but we so much prefer being docked in Hamilton, where the "Veendam" docks. We did that this past June. We took the "Summit" 2 yrs ago, which docks at Kings Wharf and being there in tandem with the NCL "Breakaway"....just too many people! We'll probably end up going earlier than we planned, so we can go on the "Veendam" and dock in Hamilton. However, as far as the ship, "Veendam" or "Summit"....we're happy with either. modelman Posted November 9, 2016 #5 Share Posted November 9, 2016 Carnival UK (name TBC) with 657 passengers.. Would that be the Fathom ship, Adonia?
Charles4515 Posted November 9, 2016 #6 Share Posted November 9, 2016 Carnival UK (name TBC) with 657 passengers.. Would that be the Fathom ship, Adonia? 657 is the length of the ship. Adonia is 592 feet. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
modelman Posted November 9, 2016 #7 Share Posted November 9, 2016 Hmm, I can't think of any of their ships that are 657ft... Aidacara is 634, Aidavita and Aidaaura as 665. Prinsendam is 675 and already listed. I wonder if it is a misprint.

Charles4515 Posted November 23, 2016 #11 Share Posted November 23, 2016 Carnival UK (name TBC) with 657 passengers.. Would that be the Fathom ship, Adonia? So it may very well be Adonia. Breaking news to day is that Fathom will be no more by next summer and Adonia is going back to the U.K. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
marco Posted December 9, 2016 #12 Share Posted December 9, 2016 Just booked the "Veendam" out of Boston to Bermuda for June 2017. We are very fond of HAL, but even fonder of docking in Hamilton rather than Kings Wharf, especially when the "Breakaway" docks there discharging a gazillion passengers as was the case when we sailed on the "Summit" last year.
