Have rung Princess UK and they said they wI'll e-mail IT DEPT to see if others have reported this May be worth it if others could post some feedback on the form in Princess. com.

Using my tablet everything is functioning normally here in Hawaii but haven't checked from my computer.

We have had the same problem for the last 3 days on our home computer. Live in the US. Cannot look up a single cruise. Princess IT please help us all out.

I don't know if you are using an iPad or not but a while ago I was having all sorts of problems and could not get the website to work at all. Totally by accident I figured out if I turned off the private browsing, the princess website would work.

 

I have been using this iPad for years on the princess website and I had never had a problem before. It took me at least a month to figure out that I now for some reason needed to turn off the private browsing.

 

I called princess and they left messages for the IT department but no one could ever figure it out. Crazy, but true.
