Tampa NCL Port Boarding Time

Anyone who has boarded the NCL Jade in Tampa, what time do they allow boarding to begin. I like to get on as soon as possible and often the cruise line will post a time later than they really allow boarding. Also is the boarding process excellent, average or poor.

I think the 13th is the first cruise so no one knows. It may be hectic that day since it is the first embarktion at Tampa. My first time sailing on a new ship in a new port!
