cbarnes1644 Posted November 6, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 6, 2016 My husband and I are booked on Oasis next Sunday (11/13). Is there anyone that boarded on yesterday able to give us a heads up on how embarkation went in PC for the first time?
msmayor Posted November 7, 2016 #2 Share Posted November 7, 2016 Chances are you won't hear anything about that until they get back...on the day you embark.
CruiserBruce Posted November 7, 2016 #3 Share Posted November 7, 2016 And, when anybody comments, it most likely be on the RCI board, here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=
BillB48 Posted November 7, 2016 #4 Share Posted November 7, 2016 My husband and I are booked on Oasis next Sunday (11/13). Is there anyone that boarded on yesterday able to give us a heads up on how embarkation went in PC for the first time? The ship sailed late and someone from the ship posted the Captain said it was due to port traffic, she sailed sometime shortly after 6. Next weekend will be the official ceremonies commemorating the Oasis's calling Port Canaveral as home port. There will be more vehicular traffic on Sunday with a lot of people going out to the port and Jetty Park to watch her sail-a-way. This Saturday there will be similar ceremonies to welcome the Norwegian Epic to Port Canaveral as well. You may wish to factor in all that in your getting to the port.
