Where are Past Guest rates?

I haven't been on the boards in a week or so, so excuse me if this has been discussed (I did look this morning and did not see it). But I can't get Past Guest rates to come up on any booking on Carnival's website. Is anyone else having this problem? My April cruise had gone down in price so I have been checking every morning to see if any cabins in my category open up so I can price match, but a few days ago the past Guest rate was gone. Thought it was a fluke but has happened for several days and so I just checked several other random sailings over different time periods and no PG rate.

Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not.

You can price match to any rate not to just the past guest one.

You usually have to book pretty far in advance to get a PG rate.

Past Guest rates are capacity-controlled, so can and will sell out.

 

As people cancel, they may reappear.

Hmmm, that is interesting. In all my years of booking on Carnival's website, I have never seen past guest rates be unavailable completely. Thanks for the responses.
