Port Canaveral .. Port Arrival Time?

So .. we typically cruise on Disney and have only cruised on RCCL twice before. I don't remember much about what our port arrival times were for RCCL. Just curious if there is any benefit to getting there at like 10:30 a.m. (that's the time I tentatively put on our online check-in information) or would we be better off to sleep in a bit before heading over from Orlando. We aren't huge fans of dragging our carry on bags around for great lengths of time before having access to our cabins. On the other hand, we don't enjoy standing in REALLY long check-in lines ....

Apparently there is some kind of festival for the Oasis being ported there tomorrow at the park next to the dock. If you are looking for something to check out.. Boarding doesn't start till 12:30 I think it says on set sail pass.

1030AM is our normal arrival time at PC for RCI cruises.
