DMH15 Posted November 14, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 14, 2016 Ok, not new to cruising, or NCL, but new to booking spa passes, dining, etc. Of course, we want to get our spa passes asap, as soon as we are eligible to do so... Any info would be appreciated. 1. Is it done online or on the phone? And when do the reservations become available on "the day"? 2. Can I book/reserve/pay for the others in my group, (we are in a suite)? Anything else I need to know? Thanks so much.

You can naviagte from there to select DINING, ENTERTAINMENT, SPA (for passes and/or services) separately. If you have any problem, you can always call and speak with someone at NCL to help you complete your selections. Online should be easy, but sometimes can be a bit off-putting. Good luck and have fun! Yes. 12:00:01 US Eastern Time (i.e., Miami time) 100 days before your cruise. You'll get a small discount on a thermal suite pass if booked online in advance. pooh/tigger Posted November 16, 2016 #7 Share Posted November 16, 2016 Regarding the spa pass, do they have a limit they will sale per cruise? Let's use Epic as an example. Limit to certain number or try to sell 4000 for max profit.
hawkeyetlse Posted November 16, 2016 #8 Share Posted November 16, 2016 Regarding the spa pass, do they have a limit they will sale per cruise? It is limited, usually they say 100 passes (maybe more on the larger ships). Also keep in mind that on the newer ships lots of people have access to the spa with their cabin. They also limit the number of people in the spa at any one time, so even if 100+ people theoretically have access to the spa, they can't all be in there at the same time. Thermal spa on Epic looks really nice. We didn't purchase at booking because we had to wait for others in our party to book and then decide if they were doing. Our PCC, who is sweet as heck but not very good, said "you can book online and save $20 up to 5 days before sailing and get a week for $179. NCL said the changed the price recently so no longer available at that price. Our mistake for waiting.
