Visa Required for New York to UK?

The UK government website suggests Visas are not required for those only visiting. However, the links on the Cunard website suggeststhat they are required for those on the New York/Southhampton trip.

 

Which is correct?

It depends on your citizenship. For US citizens a Visa isn't required to enter the UK.
