Can anyone tell me if there is any beach there that offers parasailing?? Carnival doesn't have it so I was thinking maybe they offer it on the island

Seven mile beach does. Goggle it and you can probably book in advance.

DH and I went parasailing in GC several years ago and we booked it through Carnival, however, I don't see it offered now. The company that they used was Blue Water Beach parasailing and I would HIGHLY recommend them!!! I'm not sure if you can book with them directly but you could Google them and contact them to find out.

Just go to the Seagrape beach area....they have all SORTS of "watersport" rentals..banana boats, parasailing, wave runners.... The bus is $2.50 pp.
