Changes to Rhapsody Itinerary?

We are booked on the Rhapsody in March and I just received some changes in the itinerary. A couple I am confused about. Specifically:

 

1. We now depart Tampa at 8PM rather than 4PM. What is the earliest time we can now board?

 

2. One of our ports changed from Roatan Island to Coxen Hole (Roatan). Name change only or different part of the island?

It should be normal boarding time which usually begins around 11:30.

 

Do a Google search concerning Coxen Hole Roatan.

There are two ports in Roatan. Coxen Hole is the capital. One port is right "downtown" and the other is out a bit. Perhaps they have moved us to the smaller port in town. Either way, we are in the same general area of the island.

We are on the March 25 cruise. Not sure about the week prior. Interestingly, when I phoned RCI this morning to ask the question they still have the ship departing at 4PM.

RCI has hired expert weather forecasters who know there will be a fog delay that day.:p

Seriously, not sure why the itinerary changed. Perhaps scheduled maintenance?

Does Tampa have tides that matter enough for the ship to clear the bridge?

I'm not sure of the height of the Rhapsody but the bridge has a clearance of 180 ft. I don't think tides are an issue.
