Booking a restaurant for a group

Hi

 

I sent a message to Royal Caribbean using the online customer support facility 2 weeks ago. It was regarding booking a specialty restaurant for 19 of us to celebrate a birthday (the whole purpose of the cruise). We sail on 28th December from Sydney, about 5 weeks away.

How long should I wait before I expect a response?

I'm a bit anxious as I'm organising the birthday celebrations and don't know of any other way for us to book a restaurant for all of us.
