Best western Tuscan San Francisco

This is one we are thinking of for October 2017. I've been monitoring rates and waiting for a drop .... Now, this hotel doesn't come up on my Best Western App, and when I go to the hotel site to try to book, it shows zero availability, for any day and actually months on end. I wonder if the hotel is leaving the BW brand or closing for renovations or if it's just that popular. Does anyone have any info on this ?

FYI, answering my own question - the Tuscan is no longer a BW hotel. Now under the Noble House brand.
