Ketchikan - seafood takeout at dock?

Last time I was in Ketchikan there was a small seafood (fish and chip, soup) takeout building at the dock.

 

Is it still there?

In 2014 there were two take-out places, side by side on the dock. There was the longer-serving one still there in 2015. The newer one was gone. If the remaining one is gone, there's a decent place behind Salmon Landing, which is within walking distance of berths 1, 2 and 3. Also walking distance from berth 4 if you don't mind a "walk" :)

We stopped at a very little stand on the dock. I had the best clam chowder I have ever had...by far. I had had hundreds of bowls, this stuff just rocked. People on the dok will point you to him.
