Princess - Tracy Armes tour?

We saw a lot of whales from our ship out of Seattle on the 2nd night at sea. There was a lot of wildlife that evening.

We then saw including Orcas on a private float plane tour booked with Seawinds aviation out of Ketchikan.

The next day we cruised for about 20 minutes with a large pod of orcas on the Sawyer Glacier excursion. Also saw hundreds of eagles in the forrest, they looked like golf balls in the distance. We were very early in the season, around Memorial Day.

It was awesome.

We're two for two on our Tracy Arm tours. First time (2014) was just one whale, but it wanted to frolic next to the tour boat. Second time (2015) was a pod who were going a similar direction but it was grey skies and ugly conditions, so not much to see.

Neither came close to what we've seen every time we've done a whale watch from Juneau.
