Shore excursions that dont require a long bus ride or travel

Hello, I am cruising with Carnival in about a month and I just haven't found any excursions that don't require a lot of travel on a bus. My boyfriend gets motion sick in cars alot and he doesn't want to take the chance of being stuck on a bus feeling sick. Any recommendations of activities near the port? Thanks. :)

When we were there a couple of years ago, we did a 1/2 day snorkel, where they picked us up at the ship. Then when we returned, we caught the tender to port and walked around their small shopping area for the afternoon. You might see if there is something like that.

Unfortunately there are none. If you are interested in a snorkeling trip those typically depart from the ship, but if a car bothers your boyfriend a small boat on choppy water might be worse than a bus ride. A lot of people make Belize a stay on the ship day because the tender ride to the port is over 20 minutes in a small rocky boat.
