ATV or Jeep in Freeport NOT Carnival?

Does Carnival contract with all ATV / Jeep type tour operators in Freeport? I have been looking for an independent tour while a bunch of us are in Freeport January 3rd.

 

Any recommendations?

Nope .... Apparently Carnival pretty much has a monopoly (contracts) for these types of tours ... We just ended up going to Taino (sp) beach .. The taxi drivers must also have kickbacks because they took us straight to Pirates Cove at Taino beach ... I would not go there again ... It's only $3/pp entrance fee, still have to rent chairs @ $15 for 2 ... We had 6 people so they gave us a 'deal' at $40. The chairs were old, but not too bad ... The people that came behind us got cots ... Not good - they advertise free wifi, but you have to be at their bar to get it ... So, no beach internet surfing.
