PG entertainment post Siglo?

Dear regulars

 

We have done quite a number of PG trips over the years, but none since the departure of dear Siglo.

 

We are now contemplating a cruise in March and one of the deciding factors will be what the current in house band is like. We like nothing better than to relax on deck and listen to the music.

Trouble is they seem to come and go. Perhaps others will say something positive, but I was on in 2005, 2008 and 2014 and none of the bands were memorable. I like a good piano man, and they haven't had one since 2005.

Agreed. None of the fill in bands over the years have been memorable and Hal was certainly a piano player who is hard to replace.

Yes, Hal was wonderful. They did have one replacement in December 2005 who was terrific too (can't recall his name), but he disappeared without a trace. I think perhaps he was Canadian too.
