Feelin' Nauti' Posted December 13, 2016 #1 Share Posted December 13, 2016 Taxi driver told us to go to Harbour lights Beach, since it's less crowded than Boatyard. $4 p/p each way. It's a very busy stretch of beach, packed with people at 9am in the morn. $20 for a drink and chairs and umbrella. Sand is smooth. No need for water shoes. There is a place to change into your swim suit, bathrooms, a snack stand and bar. For $10 p/p you take a 1 hour tour on a glass bottom boat. Snorkeling with sea turtles and swim over a shipwreck. Well worth the money, highly recommend. We had a great day here.

richfromhaw Posted December 19, 2016 #3 Share Posted December 19, 2016 Feelin' Nauti', Did you prepay for use of the beach chairs (sun beds) & umbrella or just pay when you arrived at property. When I e-mailed Harbour Lights they sent me back a form to complete with option to prepay Thanks for your help, RichFromHaw
snorklinbarb Posted January 2, 2017 #4 Share Posted January 2, 2017 What was your experience with beach vendors? On another thread there are several comments about relentless vendors up and down all day at Harbor Lights. Others say they had no problem at all. Thanks! JohninDC Posted January 3, 2017 #5 Share Posted January 3, 2017 We had no issue with the vendors - shake your head "no" or wave them off and they went searching for other customers. They were not aggressive or bothersome like the vendors we have previously experienced in Jamaica :(
Stinger-pr Posted January 8, 2017 #6 Share Posted January 8, 2017 Do you, by any chance remember the name of the boat or vendor they used at Harbour Lights for the snorkeling trip?
