Cruise personalizer

Hi everyone i hope this hasnt been discussed before ,,im booked next year on the Royal out of Athens,,,but when i log into princess website and go to the personalizer it does not do anything,,,ie clicking on any button that says select,,i can log into it from my iphone and itr works ,,just not on my home computer,,is this something that princess can fix? or is it my computer?.

Try clearing the temporary internet files. I have had issues like that before.

Not sure what browser you're using. But Coreace has a great point. That's the first point I'd try, clearing all the cache data on your computer. Clear all browsing history as well.

Doesn't work with my AOL, but works with Explorer

After signing in ... clicking My Princess doesn't work BUT clicking "Booked Passengers" does and takes me to all we have booked. When I click one of them, it takes me to what I'd normally see on My Princess.

thanks everyone yes it was my browser i opened it with google chrome it worked like a charm,,now the countdown to the Royal next June from Athens to Barcelona :cool::D
