Yes, you can get transportation to El Cid for FREE.. Right in the cruise terminal is the Time Share sales area, and they will get you there and back free, and you can use the resort for free. Massages are everywhere for cruise passengers, and no the El Cid is not known as an extensive day spa amenities resort, but they will have massages and likely common day spa amenities

I was in MZT in June and had the BEST massage at Athina Spa, it was 60 minutes for roughly $35 due to the exchange rate, you can take a quick pulmunia ride to get there. The El Moro has a GREAT pool, very lively with lots of music and activities, the poolside service is fantastic. La Concha (the main restaurant on site) has great food. Since we've been to MZT so many times we were thinking of staying on the ship, if we decide to get off we're most likely going to head to the El Moro, it's a wonderful place to hang out.
