Timing and tendering with excursions

I.m trying to figure out timing and chaos having it tender over. We would like to do 2 things while in the island. We will be up early ready to go. Here is our plan:

10:30am docked

11:30 dolphins for my daughter

2:30pm snorkel trip (3 hr) which returns us to port approx 5:30pm

Ship departs 6pm

The company has a back to ship guarantee, but I don't know how much that is pushing it. If we do the 2:30pm trip will we make it back to our ship for a 6pm departure? I'm not sure about tendering and such

This all seems a bit tight to me. If you arrive at 10:30 you don't immediately start to disembark. And there is usually a mass exodus so there can be a wait. Unless it's a ship sponsored excursion I think it will be hard to make the 11:30 dolphin experience.

As for the snorkel, you typically have to be on board about an hour before departure. 6pm means they are pulling out. Gangways are up and doors are shut.
