Mr Sanchos vs Paradise Beach

I read a suggestion to wear water shoes at Paradise beach, I'm assuming because of rocks. Is Mr Sanchos sandy? I do not wish to wear water shoes and prefer all sand. If they're both rocky or have a lot of reef, any other suggestions for pure sand beaches in Cozumel?

Both are sandy. IMO both very much the same overall . With MS winning out slightly because of their optional AI package that puts you in a separate area.

However, water shoes/socks are always advisable. Never know what's creeping out of the sand.

All of the popular beach clubs are lined up along the same side of the island - you will not find much variation in the quality of the sand or water. I have never worn water shoes at any beach on Coz.

If you want AI, choose Sanchos; if you prefer pay-as-you-go, choose Paradise Beach.
