Anyone with 2016-2017 Ruby Princess menu info?

It's been 8 years or so since we last cruised...Princess a couple of times, and RCL and Celebrity. All have been in the Caribbean. Have an upcoming family cruise on the Ruby Princess (Mexican Riveria) over spring break.

 

I've searched online for menu's for the various dining options, but all I can seem to find are ones from 2013/2014. Was hoping to find something more current. Had a wonderful dinner on the Sea Princess years ago..Penne alla Arribiata. Made tableside by the Maitre D'. Looks like it's no longer available.

I've been watching Princess food videos on YouTuve lately (because, apparently, I have a lot of free time). The people from Cruise Tips TV posted their food from dinners on the Star Princess in November and there was a pasta Arribiata. I can't remember if it was penne. Let me find the link - one second.

 

It was weird that I said, "one second." But I don't seem to be deleting it. :D

 

That person's videos are great! I've picked up a lot of good tips.

Yep, It's penne. It looks yummy. I've never had pasta alla Arribiata.

Crown Princess had penne all'arrabiata made tableside (well, in the MDR not exactly next to the table) this past December on our B2B cruises. DH, an aficionado of the dish who lived in Italy for 5 years and knows his 'arrabiata' :D, pronounced it not hot (spicy) enough the first night. They added extra pepperoncini (chili peppers) for him the second night and it was much better.
