Upgrading free drink package?

On Allure, our Boardwalk View Balcony comes with Classic Soda Packages. If we want to upgrade to the Refreshment Package, would we have to pay the full value of the Refreshment Package (since we didn't pay for the Classic Soda Package in the first place as it was free,) or would we pay the difference in price between the two packages? TIA!

You would outfall price. The soda packages that come with the Boardwalk balcony are not upgradable.
