I'm going to be sailing the Miracle in March and have a question about ports. We will be in Cabo on Monday as well as Tuesday. On Monday, will the ship leave the port in the afternoon, or will it stay at anchor and have tender service throughout the evening?

 

Also, is the March 11 sailing going to be too late to see the whales?

The ship will leave the harbor and return the next morning. You should still be there during whale migration.

The ship will pull up anchor, leave the bay overnight and return the next morning (weather permitting)

We just got back and yes, we had to get back on board... I wish we could have stayed later as we were having a great time in Cabo:) I was happy to have two days there but wish we could have stayed in port and enjoyed the Cabo night life

You can arrange to stay at overnight in Cabo. But if the ship cannot tender the second day you have to get Puerto Vallarta yourself.

IMO, staying overnight makes sense if your next port is La Paz.
