Checking for price drops?

Last month, I booked a Grand Suite on the Adventure of the Seas for this summer, using the RCCL website. I typically check the website every week, selecting the same cruise and cabin type to see if the price has dropped. So far, I've saved almost $300 by doing this, and then calling RCCL and getting the price adjustment. I see that there are only a couple of Grand Suites left...once they are booked, is there any way for me to check the price on-line, or will I have to call to have them check the price?

Once they are gone, there won't be any price, so there's nothing to check.
