San Juan 3-11 port time

We've been to San Juan before but the port time was 8-4. Any suggestions on what to do with such a late arrival and departure time? It will just be my wife and I.

Drinks or cocktails at Mezannine (Happy Hour/s) followed by dining at Marmalade.

If not touring take a walk to the fort watch the sunset have a coffee and a pastry. Then what Port Royal said!

I looked into Marmalade and that looks like a great option! Looks like they only take reservations 30 days in advance so I will definitely be sure to do that. Appreciate the ideas!
