WindSurf - which port should I dive in?

Taking Feb 11th cruise and wondering which port(s) I should scuba in?

any recommended dive shops ?

Good point , here is the itinerary:

Philipsburg Barbuda Roseau Pigeon Island Les Saintes Basseterre Gustavia Philipsburg

Roseau as in Dominica should offer the best diving option

I'd say Dominica #1, then St Lucia. If you use the Windstar excursions you'll overpay, but the dive ops they use are great. I've heard Les Saintes might be good, and the dive shop is close to the tender dock, worth some online research. I think any diving on Barbuda is on boats/ops that come over from Antigua.
