lovestocruise19 Posted January 27, 2017 Author #51 Share Posted January 27, 2017 Awesome start to you review!:D:DI've been waiting to see how your first B2B went...... None of your pictures from the beginning showed up.:( Patiently waiting for more....... This is so frustrating! I've tried two different photo hosts, Google Photos and FB. Some people can see the Google ones, some people can see the FB ones.
lovestocruise19 Posted January 27, 2017 Author #52 Share Posted January 27, 2017 We met my Dad at the shore excursion desk to book our Nassau excursion. Mom was supposed to meet us, but she was off in the spa! Lol! Then DH and I went up to lunch. After eating my sandwich, I got dessert (key lime pie-yum!) and ran into Mom and Dad. DH and I switched to a table for four and we all ate together. After that I took a quick nap and then met Mom for a Ladies Pamper Party in the Piano Bar. Basically, the spa ladies gave us all these serums and creams to put on our faces to take care of your skin. At the end, they dusted a foundation powder on our faces made of crushed seashells and such. After that, I went back to the room to see DH still napping, so I went up to Serenity. Still chilly, but I managed to find a spot in the sun for about 20 minutes until it disappeared behind a cloud. I went back to the room and read my book and surfed Facebook for a bit. lovestocruise19 Posted January 27, 2017 Author #53 Share Posted January 27, 2017 We had supper in the MDR and it was elegant night. I got a new dress at Goodwill for $5 and was excited to wear it. This is a good test. Photo one from FB: Photo two from Google Photos:
lovestocruise19 Posted January 27, 2017 Author #54 Share Posted January 27, 2017 I wasn't impressed with the American Feast selection for entrees. I had the strawberry bisque, but had to pick the grilled chicken for my entree because I didn't see anything I liked. I had the hazelnut chocolate cake for dessert, which was better than I thought it would be, but very rich. DH and I: Mom and Dad:

lovestocruise19 Posted January 27, 2017 Author #57 Share Posted January 27, 2017 (edited) After supper, we took formal photos and then went to see comedian Tony Esposito. He was funny without being too crass. DH and I watched some of the after show in the lobby and then went back to the room. DH went up to Lido to get a late night snack. His snack of choice during the cruise was brownies, chips, cookies. They also had hot dogs and little grilled sandwiches. lovestocruise19 Posted January 27, 2017 Author #59 Share Posted January 27, 2017 I woke up to us pulling into Nassau. I ate breakfast and then took a couple pictures of Atlantis. It was still very windy that morning. See photo evidence below! :D I was about to head back to my room and saw Mom and Dad, so I caught up with them and ate a second breakfast. After that I went back to the room and showered and then after DH had a bite to eat, we met Mom and Dad at their room and went off the ship to explore Nassau a bit. Even though this was DH and my 8th cruise, we had yet to visit Nassau.

DCCruiser1013 Posted January 27, 2017 #66 Share Posted January 27, 2017 (edited) It may be a little late, but I think I may be able to help with the Google issue. I did my recent Pride review with my pictures from Google. Someone earlier alluded to the images needing to be public, which is true. Basically, I had to add all of the pictures to an album. I created several categorized albums, but only doing one album would work too. Then when you are in the album, looking at all of the pictures, click the three stacked dots at the top-right, then click Sharing Options. Then you need to turn "Share" on (then I turned "Collaborate" and "Comment" off). Great review so far! We're looking forward to our Sunshine cruise in August. I was trying to figure out how to do that. Now I just have to decide whether I want to load all my photos into Google Photos, which had been taking awhile, or keep using FB. Although with FB photos, I might run the risk of them disappearing like in my older reviews. However, now that I think about it, I used Google Photos on my Valor review and I think some of those disappeared, too. Sigh!

moore4220 Posted January 27, 2017 #69 Share Posted January 27, 2017 I think I am only seeing the facebook pictures. I would be grateful if you would repost some more pictures of your "balcony" and give some feedback on how you liked your cabin/location. We are booked in 3124 for a B2B next February. Thank so much for taking the time to do this review.

We are booked in 3124 for a B2B next February.Thank so much for taking the time to do this review. I do have more pictures of my "balcony." I also have a video tour of my room which I will post at the end of the review. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It was so convenient to the lobby. My "balcony" was never crowded (especially by my window) so that was really nice. The room square footage itself seems a little smaller than an oceanview room, but not noticeably smaller. Totally doable for two people living in it for two weeks. The pitfall of these rooms is the noise from atrium parties and the dull thumping of the club (Liquid Lounge is located right above). But I wouldn't consider those deal breakers. Keep following my review for those photos and the video! :)

lovestocruise19 Posted January 27, 2017 Author #74 Share Posted January 27, 2017 We got back on the ship and when I went to lunch shortly after, lo and behold, I ran into Mom and Dad. We ate lunch together. I had pasta from Cucina del Capitano. You fill out a little form with what type of pasta, sauce and if you want bread or salad. Had dessert and ice cream. Then Mom and I went to check out the photos, but the photo shop wasn't open. I tried to lay out on Serenity Deck, but even though it was sunny, the wind was still too strong. I ended up taking a nap in my room instead.
lovestocruise19 Posted January 27, 2017 Author #75 Share Posted January 27, 2017 For supper, I had baked ziti, which looked not very appetizing, but was actually quite yummy! After supper we all watched Sully on the Dive in Movie screen. Then Mom and I wanted to go to the Flying Scotsman Show (the cruise director, Chris, singing), but it was the Love and Marriage Show instead. Chris said that Hasbro was skipped due to interference with the sound system from Nassau. He said we might hear someone ordering a taxi. Lol! He didn't mention his show being cancelled, which I thought was weird. Mom and I stayed to watch the Love and Marriage Show. I was hoping the Flying Scotsman Show would be rescheduled, but it never was. DH got the $20 upcharge steak from the Steakhouse:
