Is there a place near the cruise port at Fort-de-France where you can have your passport stamped? If so any directions or advice how to find it, hours open, etc. would be appreciated! Thanks!

Thank you Port Royal. I already had emailed the first address on that page but I just sent one to the second address which looks to be a local office in Martinique.
