Sunshine Thermal Spa

We will be on the Sunshine soon and would like to know if their Thermal Spa has a hydro-therapy thalassotherapy pool. Are any of the area's coed? TIA

No pool. Just got off the SUnshine a couple weeks ago. The day pass is cheaper because of it. All the areas outside the locker room are co-ed

Maybe the $229 couples pass is a bad idea. Could use that $$ elsewhere if we can get day passes. I love the heated lounges but was looking forward to the hydro-therapy pool.

We were on the Sunshine in December. We booked a spa room because we enjoyed the thermal suite on the Norwegian Getaway. The Sunshine's thermal suite is much smaller than Norwegian's and possibly other thermal suites on the Carnival line. I think there were about a dozen of the heated chairs; no thalasso pool; no hot tub. In my opinion it's not worth the cost but again that's my opinion and others may feel differently.

How much is a day pass? I didn't know they were available. That may be a better option.

I've never bought a day pass but if you are able to do that it's the only thing I would recommend for this particular ship.

Carnival.com says $30 for a day pass on the Sunshine, $40 on other ships.

No pools, no hot tubs... what does it have? The thermal spa on the NCL Getaway was amazing and we will be heading on the Sunshine in September for a free cruise and was curious how the thermal spa is on this ship.

Just off Sunshine. Bought the week spa pass mainly for the steam room and heated loungers. No hot tub, no thelosso pool. Just dry sauna room, regular steam room, aromatherapy steam room, and heated loungers.

I cancelled my Spa Pass for my upcoming cruise. I like to use the t-pool before the loungers.

Was on Sunshine for NYE, the sauna is not in the locker room, all 3 saunas are in the restricted area.

It could be but I didn't notice it, we used the others in the thermal area.
