Classic Drink Question

Hoping this isn't a dumb question....we are getting the classic drink package as a perk on our upcoming cruise. Does that mean that an added tip will be added to our shipboard account each time we order a drink or just the added 18% for the daily cost of this "free" perk?

We have never had this particular freebie so I'm confused. Thanks!

As the previous poster said, there will be no tax billed to your account. The only additional charge would be if you ordered something that was over the limit covered by the package. You would then be charged the full amount of the beverage plus gratuity. We have never found it necessary to purchase anything over the limit. The package covers everything we enjoy and more!

Why is the mini bar in the stateroom not part of the classic package? Can't they stock it with whatever package you have? Like waters and sodas and a beer or two?

Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Only the Shadow knows. It just ain't covered. We have ours emptied then get a couple waters, sodas, and a beer, and stock it ourselves.
