So I am planning one night in the steakhouse. Never been and want to treat myself. I have the cheers program for the cruise but know you can get a free bottle of wine on the first night. I do not like these wines so I would opt to get a bottle I do for the % off. But how would this work with cheers? Also, I would be going to dinner by myself. Any other solos's do this?

Done the Steakhouse solo a few times... You could opt out of the free bottle of wine if you wish, however this would not gain you anything towards the bottle of wine you want. I usually just take it with me, unopened and give it to someone. I believe they have a special price for bottles of wine on the first night whether you have Cheers or not...

On the first night (and often on the second night), you can get the free bottle of cheap wine, or they offer half of any bottle on the wine list. You can take the half-off price, but you cannot then also apply your Cheers discount as well. We opt for the half-off wines every time! Enjoy your cruise.

This is the first I've heard of the free bottle of wine. I too will be doing the Steakhouse but not until the second sea day/night. Is the free bottle of wine only available on the first night? And is it only available at the Steakhouse?

I always get Cheers AND a wine package at the 25% discount price. The wines don't count toward your 15 limit on Cheers. And late in the week, if I've run out of the wine coupons (I usually enjoy a bottle with dinner), I just purchase a bottle.

I also tend to drink wine at the Casino bar in the evening, so I buy a couple of bottles to be stored there.

This is the first I have heard of a wine package and wine coupons, sorry. Could you please explain how this is purchased? I will be on the Breeze this Sunday. We do have the Cheers package also and I know if you buy wine by the bottle with your 25% off it does not count towards your 15 drink limit. But I know nothing about a wine package.

I'm sure we will drink wine every night during dinner and I am trying to figure out if we should order by the glass and have it count towards our 15 limit, or if I should buy a bottle each night...
