Bonnie... we are unable to register for M & M on the Quest for Nov 20 and Dec 1 2017 due to date error coming up. When registering reply comes back as unable to register due to invalid dates ??? These are the correct dates so are you able to get this corrected on the M & M registration ?. Thanks Sharon

Interesting that the Senior Officers Schedule still shows November 22 and December 2 as the dates for those two cruises (along with two more incorrect Quest departure dates: December 13 and 23). Perhaps those original dates were changed to accommodate the December 9 charter but the Azamara Meet & Mingle data base was not updated to show the new dates, as the Senior Officers Schedule was not.

That is exactly what happened !! I also previously posted about the officers schedule errors back in 2016 but nothing was corrected !! Should have been an easy fix I would have thought !!

Some of the Officers are also incorrect, specifically for Journey, were some 2017 rotations have been shortened to allow for Johannes, Heike and Eric to host the entire World Journey together early 2018. These changes are not reflected yet.

 

Re Quest, the revised dates for various July sailings after Istanbul was removed from all itineraries aren't reflected yet either.

Also heard there were going to be adjustments to the Officers Schedule so Ryszard could have Christmas this year with his family, after seven years of not being able to do so. His children are now teens.:eek:

I've sent this thread to our website managers to see why the dates are off and why the M&M isn't working.

I've also cc'd our Hotel Department to find out if our Senior Officer schedule is incorrect around this time frame, and if so, we'll get it corrected soon.
