dianfarmer Posted February 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 15, 2017 Going on the Harmony in a few weeks. Should we park our car at the pier? How much is it? Or is there better parking somewhere else
Ken at the beach Posted February 15, 2017 #2 Share Posted February 15, 2017 Going on the Harmony in a few weeks. Should we park our car at the pier? How much is it? Or is there better parking somewhere else We really like park n go. Discount for prepaying on line before your cruise. Lots of shuttles so it's never more than a 5 minute wait and they are just outside the port. https://www.bookparkngo.com/ftlauderdale.php
luvscruising2007 Posted February 15, 2017 #3 Share Posted February 15, 2017 Another vote for Park N Go. Excellent experience. Discount for booking on line, about $9 a day. When you arrive they take your bags and load them on the shuttle you will be riding in. They drop you at the ship. When you return a shuttle will be waiting, they will tell you where to meet them, and if not there a shuttle will be there quickly. The shuttle drops you at your car. If you go to their website you can read all about their service. Just google Park N Go, Fort Lauderdale. Good luck and enjoy your cruise.

BNBR Posted February 15, 2017 #7 Share Posted February 15, 2017 You will save $50+ at the Park n Go and it's fairly quick. Personally, we park at the pier. It's right smack in front of the loading zone and worth the cost to me. So to answer your question, there is not better parking than at the pier, but there is cheaper parking that comes with pretty good shuttle service. OCruisers Posted February 15, 2017 #8 Share Posted February 15, 2017 While other places are less expensive, we are very happy to park our car for $15 per day in the cruise port terminal. :)
movierunner Posted February 15, 2017 #9 Share Posted February 15, 2017 So from what I'm see it depends on terminal your ship is at. We are on FOS March 18th, but don't know where she will be docked at this time. From what the port sites says you park in diff. lots for some terminals. So if #29 then thinking Park-N-Go would be best for us and we are staying 5 min. south of that lot.
iahawkfan21 Posted February 15, 2017 #10 Share Posted February 15, 2017 We used Park n Go in December and they were great! Right next to the port, cheaper, and the shuttle was very quick and efficient. Won't use anyone else and certainly won't pay the ridiculous port parking fees anymore.
