Anyone know when the rest of the 2019 itineraries come out?

I gather there was some kind of 'promotional viewing' of the 2019 cruise atlas recently, which suggests to me that they'll open up cruises for booking soon. I've learned my lesson with how fast YC sells out, and I want to be on top of this. Anyone know when historically they have released summer/fall cruises? March? April?
